P&G's Cosmetic Group seeking to instill innovation in the beginning were looking to bring innovations that were technology driven "up-stream" instead of just at the point of campaign execution.

SOLUTION
We started with a thorough landscape assessment noting how technology has transformed product development and packaging and a snapshot of today's social and mobile consumer. Then Transient proposed a look into the future of consumer engagement that the new meaning of that First Moment of Truth.
